„Ligne prestige“ special terms and conditions

The „ligne prestige“ special terms and conditions apply to vehicles with the following sipp codes: UDMR, LDAR, FFAR, XFAR, XSMR.

Europcar reserves the right to revise the specifications of „Ligne prestige“ vehicle excess level without prior notice in the event of any discrepancy or conflict with:

•     Europcar general terms & conditions for vehicles hire

•     Europcar insurance

For renting UDMR or LDAR drivers must be aged of at least 28 years old.

For renting FFAR, XFAR or XSMR drivers must be aged of at least 30 years old.

Drivers must present a valid driving licence, valid for more then three years as a proof of fixed address.

Only the drivers named in the rental contract provided at the time of the vehicle hire are entitled to drive rented vehicles.

Any breach of this rule will automatically result in the cancellation of all theft and damage warranties.

Specific limitations are enforced on accepted forms of payment for each category of „Ligne prestige“ vehicles as follows:

Deposit on two credit cards for each rental, one of which must be from the premium credit card category – American Express, Diners, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Gold, American Express Black Card, Master Platinum.

Europcar keeps the right to apply any other individual deposit requirements.

“Ligne prestige” vehicles may only be driven in the “Territories” mentioned in the General Terms & conditions for vehicle hire. Any breach of this rule automatically results in the invalidation of Collision Damage Waiver limiting your liability to the non-waivable charge, depending on each category, in accordance with the Excess charge table.
