Rental conditions

The desired vehicle, depending on your needs, can be rented short term (up to 30 days) or on a several months basis. the minimal rental period is 24 hours / 1 day.

We offer two basic rate packages

* Rental rate with included 100 km per day

* Rental rate with unlimited kilometers

The final calculation is made at the principle of a better rate at the end of the rental depending on the number of covered kilometers.

Payment conditions

If you are renting the vehicle as a personal entity, you can pay all rental charges and all additional costs in cash or by credit card.

Europcar accepts MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, DinaCard and Visa credit cards.

Legal entities pay the rental charges to the Europcar Primero rent a car current account.

Insurance

Legal and financial security is provided with the possibility of contracting vehicle insurance against damage (CDW) or theft (THW)

Rental rates include coverage for rented vehicle damage or theft with a deductible amount specified for each car group.

You can buy additional insurances at the counter

1. Personal accident insurance (PAI) for the driver and passengers

2. Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW)

3. Super Theft Protection Insurance (STHW)

By accepting additional coverage for the rented vehicle damage / theft you decrease the excess charge to the minimum amounts.

Liability

Ali reciprocal rights and obligations between Europcar Primero rent-a-car and Renter are precisely regulated by the Rental Agreement that both sides sign at the time of the actual rent.

Fuel

Europcar Primero rent-a-car rents fully tanked vehicles, while consumption of fuel is not ineluded in the rental tariffs. Unless the Renter returns fully tanked vehicle, Europcar will charge the missing fuel according to the General and Additional Rental Terms and Conditions.

Vehicle takeover and delivery

You can take the rented vehicle in one of our two rental stations in Belgrade - in Bulevar dr Zorana Djindjica 59 or at Belgrade Airport. Vehicle takeover / delivery on the territory of Belgrade / Serbia is paid additionally according to the price list stated in the Additional Rental Terms and Conditions.
